						<section><p>Notwithstanding &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Use, disposal and termination of rights acquired" href="/5.1-39/">5.1-39</a>, any county, city, town, or <span class="dictionary">airport</span> commission may use, lease or convey for any industrial development purposes any <span class="dictionary">airport</span> property described in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Use, disposal and termination of rights acquired" href="/5.1-39/">5.1-39</a> with the written approval of the Director of Aviation on such terms and conditions as the Director may require. When any easement, rights, or <span class="dictionary">privileges</span> have been pledged as a sponsor&#x2019;s share to secure funds from the Federal Aviation Administration, written approval of the Federal Aviation Administration shall also be required.</p></section></text><history>1980, c. 59.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
