						<section><p>Subject to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Statement of dissolution" href="/50-73.121/">50-73.121</a>, a <span class="dictionary">partnership</span> is bound by a partner&#x2019;s act after dissolution that:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Is appropriate for winding up the <span class="dictionary">partnership</span> <span class="dictionary">business</span>; or <a id="paragraph-275591" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/50-73.120/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
