						<section><p>The Board and the Department of Human Resource Management, as administrator of the Commonwealth&#x2019;s self-insurance <span class="dictionary">program</span> for workers&#x2019; compensation coverage, shall jointly develop guidelines and procedures for the coordination of benefits and case management for <span class="dictionary">participating employees</span> entitled to benefits under the <span class="dictionary">Act</span> and supplemental <span class="dictionary">disability benefits</span> under this article. Such guidelines shall also address <span class="dictionary">disability benefits</span> for <span class="dictionary">participating employees</span> whose disability results from multiple injuries or illnesses, one or more of which is a <span class="dictionary">work-related injury</span>.
