						<section><p><span class="dictionary">Participating employees</span> enrolled in a health insurance plan shall (i) continue to be covered during periods of short-term disability and (ii) have the option of continuing to be covered by such plan during periods of absence covered by long-term <span class="dictionary">disability benefits</span>, but only to the extent such health insurance coverage is provided by the employers of such <span class="dictionary">participating employees</span>.</p></section></text><history>2012, cc. 701, 823; 2013, c. 463.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
