						<section><p>The Department of Human Resource Management is authorized to develop, implement, and administer a long-term care <span class="dictionary">insurance program</span>. The program shall be coordinated with any disability, life, or other <span class="dictionary">insurance program</span> administered under this title. The Department of Human Resource Management is authorized to <span class="dictionary">contract</span> for and purchase such coverage or use other actuarially sound funding necessary to effectuate this provision.</p></section></text><history>1999, c. 5; 2000, cc. 66, 657.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
