						<section><p>When such official uniform has been adopted by the Superintendent, no police officer of any county, city or town, special policeman, guard or other person shall wear any uniform identical with such official uniform or so similar in <span class="dictionary">appearance</span> as to be likely to deceive the casual observer.
		Violations of this section or &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Distinctive uniform to be adopted for State police officers" href="/52-9.1/">52-9.1</a> shall constitute a <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span> and be punished as provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span>.</p></section></text><history>1950, p. 154.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
