						<section><p>No sheriff, jail superintendent, deputy or other <span class="dictionary">jail officer</span> shall have any prisoner work on property owned by him or by his relative, or on projects in which he is interested, nor shall any such prisoner be used for the personal gain or convenience of any sheriff or of any other individual.
