						<section><p>As used in this article unless the context requires otherwise or it is otherwise provided, the term &#x201C;jail industry program&#x201D; means a program established by a sheriff or jail superintendent to provide employment and wage earning opportunities for persons under his <span class="dictionary">custody</span>.
