						<section><p>Any parolee for whose <span class="dictionary">arrest</span> a warrant has been issued by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or by the Chairman shall after the issuance of the warrant be treated as an escaped prisoner. The time from the issuing of such warrant to the date of his <span class="dictionary">arrest</span> shall not be counted as any part of the time to be served under his sentence.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 53-260; 1970, c. 648; 1973, c. 253; 1982, c. 636.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
