						<section><p>In those industries operated by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> in which saleable by-products are generated while producing primary products, such by-products shall not be classified as surplus supplies or equipment. Such by-products shall be disposed of as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Disposition of surplus materials" href="/2.2-1124/">2.2-1124</a>. Proceeds from the sale of such by-products shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the special funds account of the generating industry.</p></section></text><history>1982, c. 636.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
