						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> for <span class="dictionary">Contractors</span> shall consider violations of regulations of the State <span class="dictionary">Board</span> of Health relating to water wells as violations of this chapter, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or suspension or <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> of license. No <span class="dictionary">contractor</span> shall be subject to the monetary penalties provided by this section if he has been assessed a civil <span class="dictionary">penalty</span> for such violation pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Penalties, injunctions, civil penalties and charges for violations" href="/32.1-27/">32.1-27</a>.</p></section></text><history>1989, c. 241; 1990, c. 911.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
