						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall have the power to require remedial education or may require a <span class="dictionary">designated employee</span> to retake the examination required by this chapter, in any case where the conduct of the <span class="dictionary">designated employee</span>, while in the employ of a licensed Class A or Class B <span class="dictionary">contractor</span>, has resulted in any disciplinary action by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> against such <span class="dictionary">contractor</span>.</p></section></text><history>1996, c. 707.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
