						<section><p>In any proceeding pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Filing and hearing of charges" href="/54.1-1114/">54.1-1114</a>, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall consider any written documentation of a violation of the Uniform Statewide Building Code (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/36-97/">36-97</a> et seq.) provided by a local building official as <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of a violation of such building code. Such written documentation shall not be prima facie <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of a building code violation.</p></section></text><history>1993, c. 942.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
