						<section><p>The provisions of Chapter 20.1 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Creation of Agency; appointment of Chief Information Officer" href="/2.2-2005/">2.2-2005</a> et seq.) of Title 2.2 shall not apply to the Prescription Monitoring Program pursuant to this chapter operated by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Health Professions until July 1, 2012, unless an alternate date is mutually agreed upon.</p></section></text><history>2009, cc. 158, 162.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
