						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> is authorized to determine the qualifications to enable any person to engage in the practice of funeral service, <span class="dictionary">preneed funeral planning</span>, <span class="dictionary">funeral directing</span>, <span class="dictionary">embalming</span> and the operation of a <span class="dictionary">funeral service establishment</span>.
