						<section><p>The provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Unlawful to practice without license" href="/54.1-2902/">54.1-2902</a> shall not be construed as prohibiting a <span class="dictionary">physician assistant</span> student who is enrolled in a <span class="dictionary">physician assistant</span> education program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the <span class="dictionary">Physician Assistant</span> or its successor agency from engaging in acts that constitute practice as a <span class="dictionary">physician assistant</span>.</p></section></text><history>2021, Sp.
