						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may <span class="dictionary">waive</span> the experiential or practicum requirements for an applicant for a <span class="dictionary">nursing home administrator</span>&#x2019;s license if the applicant demonstrates significant experience, such as, but not limited to, twenty years of executive experience as an officer in the home office of one or more multi-facility nursing home companies and a minimum of four years of executive responsibility for the operation of one or more <span class="dictionary">nursing homes</span>.</p></section></text><history>1996, c. 762.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
