						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> As used in this section, &#x201C;botanical cannabis,&#x201D; &#x201C;cannabis oil,&#x201D; &#x201C;cannabis product,&#x201D; and &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">practitioner</span>&#x201D; mean the same as those terms are defined in &#xA7; <a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/4.1-1600/">4.1-1600</a>. <a id="paragraph-240847" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/54.1-3408.3/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
