						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> A pharmacy shall not implement or enforce a policy that prevents a pharmacist from <span class="dictionary">dispensing</span> a <span class="dictionary">prescription</span> solely on the basis of the <span class="dictionary">prescriber</span>&#x2019;s use of a telemedicine platform to provide services. <a id="paragraph-202646" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/54.1-3420.3/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> A pharmacist shall not prioritize <span class="dictionary">dispensing</span> a <span class="dictionary">prescription</span> from a <span class="dictionary">prescriber</span> who does not use telemedicine over <span class="dictionary">dispensing</span> a <span class="dictionary">prescription</span> from a <span class="dictionary">prescriber</span> who does use telemedicine solely on the basis of the <span class="dictionary">prescriber</span>&#x2019;s use of a telemedicine platform to provide services. <a id="paragraph-202647" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/54.1-3420.3/#B"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section></text><history>2023, c. 368.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
