						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall adopt standards for special packaging consistent with those promulgated pursuant to the federal Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970 (15 U.S.C. &#xA7; 1471 et seq.). The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may exempt any <span class="dictionary">drug</span> from the requirements of special packaging and shall exempt any <span class="dictionary">drug</span> exempted pursuant to the Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970. <a id="paragraph-310682" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/54.1-3426/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
