						<section><p>Nominations for professional members may be made from a list of at least three names for each vacancy submitted to the Governor by the Virginia Psychological Association, the Virginia Academy of <span class="dictionary">Clinical Psychologists</span>, the Virginia Applied Psychology Academy and the Virginia Academy of <span class="dictionary">School Psychologists</span>. The Governor may notify such organizations of any professional vacancy other than by expiration.
