						<section><p>Every pawnbroker shall at the time of each loan deliver to the person pawning or pledging anything, a <span class="dictionary">memorandum</span> or note, signed by him, containing the information required by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Records to be kept; credentials of person pawning goods; fee; penalty" href="/54.1-4009/">54.1-4009</a>.
