						<section><p>Each <span class="dictionary">dealer</span> shall maintain for at least twenty-four months an accurate and legible record of the name and address of the person, firm, or corporation to which he sells any precious metal or gem in its original form after the waiting period required by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Dealer to retain purchases" href="/54.1-4104/">54.1-4104</a>.
