						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">notice</span> of any change by a <span class="dictionary">landlord</span> or <span class="dictionary">tenant</span> in any terms or provisions of a tenancy at will shall constitute a <span class="dictionary">notice</span> to vacate the <span class="dictionary">premises</span>, and such <span class="dictionary">notice</span> of change shall be given in accordance with the terms of the <span class="dictionary">rental agreement</span>, if any, or as otherwise required by <span class="dictionary">law</span>.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 680, &#xA7; 55-248.15; 2000, c. 760; 2019, c. 712.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
