						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Sections <a class="law" title="Uniform Statutory Rule Against Perpetuities" href="/55.1-124/">55.1-124</a> through <a class="law" title="Uniformity of application and construction" href="/55.1-129/">55.1-129</a> apply to a nonvested property interest or a power of appointment that is created on or after July 1, 2000. <a id="paragraph-294073" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/55.1-128/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
