						<section><p>After the creation of the condominium, no description of a <span class="dictionary">condominium unit</span> shall be deemed vague, uncertain, or otherwise insufficient or infirm if it sets forth the <span class="dictionary">identifying number</span> of that unit, the name of the condominium, the name of the county or city in which the condominium is situated, and either the deed book and page number where the first page of the declaration is recorded or the document number assigned to the declaration by the clerk. Any such description shall be deemed to include the undivided interest in the <span class="dictionary">common elements</span> appertaining to such unit even if such interest is not defined or referred to in the description.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 416, &#xA7; 55-79.47; 1975, c. 415; 2019, c. 712.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
