						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">executive board</span> shall establish a reasonable, effective, and free method, appropriate to the <span class="dictionary">size</span> and nature of the <span class="dictionary">condominium</span>, for <span class="dictionary">unit owners</span> to communicate among themselves and with the <span class="dictionary">executive board</span> regarding any matter concerning the <span class="dictionary">unit owners</span>&#x2019; association. <a id="paragraph-235248" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/55.1-1950/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
