						<section><p>The merger provided for in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Regrouping or merger of estates with principal property" href="/55.1-2010/">55.1-2010</a> shall not bar the subsequent constitution of the <span class="dictionary">property</span> into a <span class="dictionary">condominium</span> whenever so desired, provided that the requirements of the Virginia <span class="dictionary">Condominium</span> Act (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/55.1-1900/">55.1-1900</a> et seq.) are met.</p></section></text><history>1962, c. 627, &#xA7; 10, &#xA7; 55-79.10; 2019, c. 712.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
