						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">association</span> shall keep financial records sufficiently detailed to enable the <span class="dictionary">association</span> to comply with &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Resale certificate; delivery" href="/55.1-2309/">55.1-2309</a>. All financial and other records shall be made reasonably available for examination by any <span class="dictionary">proprietary lessee</span> and his authorized agents.
