						<section><p>The Governor shall appoint one escheator for every judicial <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> as set forth in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Judicial circuits" href="/17.1-506/">17.1-506</a>, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
