						<section><p>If any person summoned or adjourned as a juror fails to attend according to the <span class="dictionary">summons</span> or adjournment, the escheator shall report such failure to the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> having <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> over the county or city in which the land that is the subject of the inquest is located. Such <span class="dictionary">court</span> may fine such person an amount not to exceed $50.
