						<section><p>Upon a <span class="dictionary">petition</span> filed pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Proceedings to claim land escheated" href="/55.1-2409/">55.1-2409</a>, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> may impanel a <span class="dictionary">jury</span> to ascertain any <span class="dictionary">facts</span> that may be disputed and may set aside the <span class="dictionary">verdict</span>.
