						<section><p>If witnesses are sworn before the <span class="dictionary">court</span> or <span class="dictionary">jury</span>, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall, upon request of either <span class="dictionary">party</span>, certify what <span class="dictionary">facts</span> are proved by such witnesses. If the <span class="dictionary">facts</span> cannot be certified, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall then certify the <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of the witnesses.
