						<section><p>Every escheator shall, within 60 days after an inquest that finds on behalf of the Commonwealth, transmit to the State Treasurer a certificate showing the number of tracts or lots escheated, the reputed quantity of each parcel, a description sufficient to identify each parcel, and the names of the persons found to have died in <span class="dictionary">possession</span> of such parcel, or from whom the land escheated.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 503; Code 1950, &#xA7; 55-182; 1977, c. 583; 1982, c. 486; 2019, c. 712.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
