						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> This chapter applies only to transactions involving loans that (i) are made by <span class="dictionary">lenders</span> and (ii) will be secured by first deeds of trust or mortgages on real estate containing not more than four residential dwelling units. <a id="paragraph-304244" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/55.1-901/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
