						<section><p>No temporary <span class="dictionary">order</span> made under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Temporary reduction of rates" href="/56-242/">56-242</a> shall remain in force or effect for a longer period than nine months from its effective date, and a further period not to exceed three months in addition if so ordered by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>.</p></section></text><history>1934, p. 366; Michie Code 1942, &#xA7; 4071a.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
