						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Certain representations unlawful; perpetual care trust fund required" href="/57-39.22/">57-39.22</a> of this article. Any such violation shall be deemed a Class 3 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>, and any person convicted of such violation shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Punishment for conviction of misdemeanor" href="/18.2-11/">18.2-11</a>.</p></section></text><history>1996, c. 957.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
