						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Every solicitor for an organization which is for-profit which <span class="dictionary">solicits</span> <span class="dictionary">contributions</span> from a prospective contributor in the Commonwealth shall disclose that the organization is not exempt from taxation under &#xA7; 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. <a id="paragraph-211177" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/57-55.2_1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
