						<section><p>Upon approval of an application, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall <span class="dictionary">issue</span> to the applicant a license and a duplicate copy of the license for each place of business of the applicant. A <span class="dictionary">supplier</span>&#x2019;s license shall indicate the category of the <span class="dictionary">supplier</span>. A <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> shall display the license issued under this chapter in a conspicuous place at each place of business of the <span class="dictionary">licensee</span>. A license shall not be transferable and shall remain in effect until surrendered or canceled.</p></section></text><history>2000, cc. 729, 758.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
