						<section><p>No warrant or <span class="dictionary">order</span> drawn on any treasurer by the governing body, school board, local board of social services or <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall be paid by the treasurer, unless the warrant or <span class="dictionary">order</span> is presented to be paid and registered in the warrant book within two years from the date of the drawing of the warrant.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 58-923; 1972, c. 73; 1984, c. 675; 2002, c. 747.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
