						<section><p>Assessments made by the board of real estate assessors or real estate assessor shall be made in the same manner and on the same basis as is provided by general <span class="dictionary">law</span>, and the members of any board so appointed shall have the same powers and be charged with the same duties as the persons appointed according to the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Qualifications of assessors and appraisers; removal and appointment of substitute" href="/58.1-3276/">58.1-3276</a>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 58-776.2; 1950, p. 700; 1979, c. 577; 1984, c. 675.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
