						<section><p>Except as provided in subsection B of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Certain persons ineligible to purchase tickets or shares or receive prizes" href="/58.1-4019/">58.1-4019</a>, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall not disclose information about the identity of an individual <span class="dictionary">lottery</span> winner if the value of the prize won by the winner is $1 million or greater, unless the winner consents in writing to such disclosure.</p></section></text><history>2019, cc. 163, 247; 2025, c. 76.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
