						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> other than the lawful holder thereof who has in his <span class="dictionary">possession</span> any credential, license, or permit issued by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, or any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who has in his <span class="dictionary">possession</span> any forged or simulated credential, license, or permit of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, and who uses such credential, license, or permit for the purposes of misrepresentation, <span class="dictionary">fraud</span>, or touting, is guilty of a Class 4 <span class="dictionary">felony</span>.
		Any credential, license, or permit issued by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, if used by the holder thereof for a purpose other than identification and in the performance of legitimate duties in a <span class="dictionary">casino gaming establishment</span>, shall be automatically revoked.</p></section></text><history>2020, cc. 1197, 1248.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
