						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who offers <span class="dictionary">on-premises mobile casino gaming</span> in violation of this article or regulations promulgated thereunder is guilty of a Class 6 <span class="dictionary">felony</span> and subject to a fine of not more than $25,000 and, in the case of a <span class="dictionary">person</span> other than a natural <span class="dictionary">person</span>, to a fine of not more than $100,000.</p></section></text><history>2020, cc. 1197, 1248.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
