						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who knowingly offers or allows to be offered any on-premises mobile casino <span class="dictionary">game</span> that has been tampered with in a way that affects the odds or the payout of a <span class="dictionary">game</span> or disables the <span class="dictionary">game</span> from operating according to the rules of the <span class="dictionary">game</span> as promulgated by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> is guilty of a Class 5 <span class="dictionary">felony</span> and subject to a fine of not more than $50,000 and, in the case of a <span class="dictionary">person</span> other than a natural <span class="dictionary">person</span>, to a fine of not more than $200,000. <a id="paragraph-221189" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/58.1-4139/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> In addition to the penalties provided in subsection A, an employee of the <span class="dictionary">casino gaming operator</span> who violates this section shall have his permit suspended for a period of not less than 30 days. <a id="paragraph-221190" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/58.1-4139/#B"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
