						<section><p>Any person selling any <span class="dictionary">motor fuel</span> or <span class="dictionary">lubricating oil</span> which does not comply with the specifications provided in this chapter, or violating any of the provisions of the chapter, shall be guilty of a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>. Any dealer in any <span class="dictionary">motor fuel</span> who receives <span class="dictionary">motor fuel</span> meeting the requirements of this chapter and who thereafter adulterates any such <span class="dictionary">motor fuel</span> or mixes it with inferior <span class="dictionary">motor fuel</span>, so that the resulting product does not meet the requirements of this chapter, shall be guilty of a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 59-56; 1968, c. 439; 1992, c. 885; 2009, c. 650.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
