						<section><p>The terms &#x201C;utility&#x201D; and &#x201C;industrial,&#x201D; when used to refer to equipment, implements, machinery, <span class="dictionary">attachments</span>, or repair parts, shall have the meaning commonly used and understood among <span class="dictionary">dealers</span> and <span class="dictionary">suppliers</span> of farm equipment as a usage of trade in accordance with &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Course of performance, course of dealing, and usage of trade" href="/8.1A-303/">8.1A-303</a>(c).</p></section></text><history>2002, c. 898; 2003, c. 353.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
