						<section><p>Every <span class="dictionary">travel club</span>, upon written request of the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, shall make available to the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> its travel-services records for inspection and copying to enable the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> to reasonably determine compliance with this chapter. Every club promoter shall maintain a true copy of each agreement between the <span class="dictionary">travel club</span> and a <span class="dictionary">purchaser</span>, and such agreement shall be maintained for its term plus two years.</p></section></text><history>1993, c. 760.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
