						<section id="a"><p><span class="prefix-number">a.</span> If an agreement provides for conveyance of ownership of informational rights in a computer program, ownership passes at the time and place specified by the agreement but does not pass until the program is in existence and identified to the <span class="dictionary">contract</span>.
