						<section><p>In addition to the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Suspension or revocation of registration" href="/59.1-561/">59.1-561</a>, any person, firm, corporation, association, agent, or employee who knowingly violates any procedure implemented under subsection D of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Registration of fantasy contest operators required; application for registration; issuance of registration certificate; penalty" href="/59.1-557/">59.1-557</a> or any other provision of this chapter shall be liable for a civil <span class="dictionary">penalty</span> of not more than $1,000 for each such violation. Such amount shall be recovered in a <span class="dictionary">civil action</span> brought by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> and be paid into the State Literary Fund.</p></section></text><history>2016, cc. 318, 703.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
